How Talent Management Works

  1. Recruitment: Admin creates job positions → candidates apply or are added → applications move through pipeline stages (screening, interview, offer) → accepted candidates are onboarded via Employee Lifecycle.
  2. Performance: Admin creates appraisal cycles with KRA templates → managers review team appraisals → employees set goals → results tracked on the Performance Dashboard.
  3. Training: Admin creates training programs and sessions → employees are enrolled → feedback is collected after sessions → skills are mapped to employees → Skill Gap Analysis identifies training needs.
