How HR Operations Work

  1. HR generates official letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, relieving, etc.) for employees through the HR Letters wizard — templates are pre-configured in Document Templates.
  2. Employees use the ESS Portal to view their salary, track requests, request profile changes, and see their team — reducing HR dependency for routine tasks.
  3. Document Management tracks all employee documents with expiry alerts — HR monitors pending verifications and expiring documents from the dashboard.
  4. HR Policies are published and employees acknowledge them — the Compliance Dashboard and Acknowledgment Tracking ensure everyone has read the required policies.
  5. Events track personal milestones (birthdays, anniversaries) for employee engagement.
