What is Tazk EduGate?
Tazk EduGate is a school management software (school ERP) built for Indian educational institutions. One product runs four kinds of institution — K-12 schools, play schools, colleges, and coaching centres — with the interface adapting to the type chosen at signup. It covers admissions, student records, attendance, timetable, homework, exams and report cards, fee collection with online payment, transport with live bus tracking, library, hostel, and certificates, all on a single student record.
Parent communication is WhatsApp-first: absence alerts, fee reminders, bus-arrival updates, and published results reach parents automatically, with DLT-compliant SMS as fallback. Each institution gets a branded parent and student portal on its own web address, installable to a phone's home screen — without a separate mobile app per school.
For play schools, EduGate adds daily reports (meals, naps, photos) and development-milestone tracking. For coaching centres, it adds batch management, question banks, and timed online mock tests with negative marking and rank lists. Pricing is by institution size, not per student: a free plan covers up to 30 students, and paid plans run from ₹29,990/year (up to 500 students) to ₹1,49,990/year for unlimited students and branches.
