Delete Your Data from TAZK

TAZK (VEETEE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, "we") stores data on behalf of the businesses that use our software. This page explains what we hold when you connect a third-party service such as Facebook or Google, and how to remove it. It applies alongside our Privacy Policy.

What we store when you connect a service

• Facebook & Instagram (Meta): the Pages you chose to connect, an access token that lets us receive your lead-form submissions, and the leads delivered through that connection (the answers a person typed into your lead form).
• Google Ads: the Google Ads account you chose, an access token, campaign cost figures used for your reports, and a log of the conversion events we sent back to Google.
• WhatsApp Business: your WhatsApp Business Account details, an access token, and the messages exchanged with your customers through TAZK.

Data belongs to the business account it was collected for. We do not share it with other TAZK customers or sell it to anyone.

Three ways to delete

1. Disconnect the service (immediate)

Sign in to TAZK, open Get Leads in the left menu, and click Disconnect on the Facebook & Instagram card, or open Ad spend & conversions under the Google card and click Disconnect. The access token is revoked and deleted straight away, and no new data arrives from that service.

You can also remove TAZK from the service's side: Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations → TAZK → Remove; Google → your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps → TAZK → Remove access. Either route revokes the token; the leads already in your CRM remain until you delete them (step 2).

2. Delete the records (immediate)

Leads, contacts and conversations can be deleted from the Leads and Marketing → Inbox screens by any user with delete rights, or by your TAZK administrator. Deleted records are removed from the live system at once and from our backups within 30 days.

3. Delete everything, including your TAZK account (7 working days)

Send an email to mail@tazk.in with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address registered on your TAZK account. Tell us whether you want a specific integration's data removed or the whole account closed.

We confirm receipt within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 7 working days. Once done, connected-service tokens, imported leads, messages and your account data are permanently removed; invoices and payment records are kept for the period Indian tax law requires (currently 8 years) and nothing else.

If you are not a TAZK customer

If you filled in a form on Facebook, Google or a website and your details reached a business that uses TAZK, that business is the controller of your data. Contact them directly to have your record removed; TAZK acts on their instruction. If you cannot reach them, write to mail@tazk.in and we will forward your request and confirm when it is done.
