What is Tazk EduGate for Play Schools?
Tazk EduGate's playschool mode is preschool management software for Indian play schools, preschools and daycare centres. Its centrepiece is the daily report: teachers record each child's meals, nap duration and activities with photos in about a minute, and parents receive the report on their phones the same evening. It also tracks development milestones across 25 areas (motor skills, language, social behaviour) as termly progress views rather than marksheets.
Operational features include authorised pickup lists with photos, weekly meal menus visible to parents in advance, attendance with WhatsApp absence alerts, fee collection with online payment and sibling concessions, and a branded parent portal at the centre's own web address. Photos of a child are visible only to that child's own parents, and photo consent can be withdrawn.
Pricing is flat per institution, not per child: free up to 30 children, then from ₹29,990/year for up to 500 children.
