Is the pricing really flat? No per-student charges?

Flat. Starter is ₹29,990 a year whether you have 180 students or 480. There is no per-student meter, no charge for parent logins, and admission season does not change your bill. You move up a plan only when you cross a plan's student or staff limit.

What does ₹29,990 a year work out to?

At the Starter limit of 500 students it is under ₹5 per student per month — less than a photocopied circular habit. Most schools cover it from the late-fee column alone once online payment reminders start going out on time.

Do WhatsApp messages cost extra?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp and SMS are delivered through a message wallet you top up, priced at operator rates — because message costs are per-message by nature and bundling them would mean charging every school for the noisiest school's usage. In-app and push notifications are free and unlimited.

Can we pay monthly instead of yearly?

Yes — monthly billing is available at a slightly higher rate (Starter works out to ₹2,999 a month against ₹29,990 a year). Most institutions choose yearly and time it with the academic year.

What happens if we cross our student limit mid-year?

Accepted Answer

Nothing breaks and nobody's record is locked. You will see a prompt to move to the next plan, and the upgrade is pro-rated for the remaining term. We do not delete or freeze student data over a limit.

Is there a trial for the paid plans?

Accepted Answer

The free plan is the trial — it is the real product with a size limit, and it never expires. Try attendance and parent messaging on it for as long as you like; upgrade when you want fees, timetable, or more students.

We run two branches under one trust. Which plan?

Accepted Answer

Growth covers up to 5 branches under one account — each branch with its own students, fees and staff access, and a combined view for the management. Beyond 5 branches, Enterprise removes the limits.

Prices shown are before GST; 18% GST applies at billing and you get a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN, which most institutions claim as input credit.
