How do I choose which AI Tazk CRM uses?
Open Marketing › AI & Usage. Under Whose AI, choose Tazk AI — nothing to set up, counts AI credits — or My own AI key — Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude, billed by them, with no credits used. The choice is used by Service Desk AI and the Content Studio. This month shows the AI credits marketing used and what they did.
What is Whose AI?
The AI used by Service Desk AI and the Content Studio:
- Tazk AI — nothing to set up. It counts AI credits.
- My own AI key — Google Gemini, OpenAI or Anthropic Claude. Billed by them; no credits are used.
What does This month show?
The AI credits used by marketing this month, and what they did. If the AI service cannot be reached, it says The AI service is not reachable right now — try again in a minute.
