Company Info

The Settings Page

Click Settings at the bottom of the sidebar. The sections are listed on the left:

Company Info

Open Settings > Company Info. It has five tabs: General, Departments, Locations, Departments Head, and LOV.

General

Your company's details, used on documents, GST, and e-invoices. Click the pencil at the top right to edit them.

Bank Account DetailsBank Account Name, Bank Account No, Bank Name, Branch Address, and IFSC Code — printed on invoices so customers can pay you
Primary AddressCompany Full Address, Company Area, Latitude / Longitude, Pincode, City, State, and Country
User InfoThe Super Admin user name
Company InvoiceE Invoice and TCS & TDS on or off, and your E Invoice User Name, E Invoice Password, and E Invoice Gstin from the e-invoice portal
Important: Your e-invoice password and bank details are shown on this tab. Do not share screenshots of it.

Departments

Departments tab listing department names with edit and delete actions

Your departments, for example Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Human Resource. Click + to add one, the pencil to rename it, and the bin to delete it. Use Search here to find one.

Departments are used to choose who receives an announcement, and who leads each team on the Departments Head tab.

Locations

Locations tab listing locations with type, code, latitude, longitude, address, city, state, and actions

Every place you sell from or keep stock in. Each row shows the Location Name, Location Type (for example Showroom, Warehouse, Scrap, or Default Location), Location Code, Latitude and Longitude, Address, City, and State, with edit and delete actions.

Click + to add a location:

New Location form with name, code, type, latitude, longitude, email, phone, address, pincode, city, state, country, BSSID, MAC ID, and description

Click Submit, or Cancel.

Note: Each location can have its own SMS and mail settings and its own approvers — see Configuration.

Departments Head

Departments Head tab listing department, department head, role name, and actions

Who leads each department. Each row shows the Department Name, the Department Head, and their Role Name. Click + to add one:

  1. Pick the Department*
  2. Pick the employee under Select Employee*. Their Role Name fills in by itself
  3. Pick the Locations they head the department for
  4. Click Submit, or Cancel

LOV (Lists of Values)

LOV tab with lists for category, designation, ITC block reason, terms and conditions, units and code, credit days, payment terms, and delivery terms

LOV holds the lists that fill the drop-downs elsewhere in Tazk Sales. Each list has its own + to add a value, a search box, and ⋮ next to each value to edit or remove it.

Credit DaysCredit periods, for example Net 30 or Due end of the month — chosen on customers
Payment Terms / Delivery TermsStandard payment and delivery terms for your documents
Tip: Set up Units, Credit Days, and Designations before adding products, customers, and employees — the drop-downs will then have everything you need.
