How do you charge for users

You pay per active seat. Add seats any time. We prorate mid-month changes so you pay only for days used. If someone leaves, free the seat and the next invoice shows the lower count. The billing screen shows seats, plan, renewal date, and past changes. Finance can download invoices on demand.

Yes. Monthly gives flexibility. Annual lowers the per-user price and locks the rate for the full term. You can switch at renewal. Invoices arrive by email and inside the app. Pay by UPI, card, or bank transfer. Each invoice includes GST details so accounting is simple.

Standard onboarding covers templates, import help, and live training. Many teams load masters in a day. If you want custom print layouts or deep history loads, we share a fixed quote. If you need on-site sessions across branches, we give a per-day rate. You approve all items in writing before work begins.

Do you support GST e-invoicing, and is there an extra fee

Support is plan-based. Some plans include it, others list it as an add-on. The add-on covers IRP connectivity and rule updates. You can generate IRN, cancel, and amend within allowed time. You can also download JSON and PDFs for filing.

Are SMS and WhatsApp messages part of the fee

Message credits are separate. Buy packs based on usage. The app tracks balance and gives a seven-day forecast. Set a soft limit alert, for example warn at 80 percent. Email stays included. Keeping credits separate makes license costs predictable.

Plans include fair-use limits sized for your team. The app shows meters for each limit, for example storage and monthly documents. If you grow faster than planned, add capacity mid-term for a small fee or switch plans at renewal. We confirm all changes by email.

Can I run a trial before I buy

Yes. Trials are time-boxed. Load 100 to 200 customers and products. Invite 5 to 10 users. Run a full cycle with approvals and dispatch. Note what works and what blocks your team. At the end, we review your notes and confirm the right plan.

How do upgrades, downgrades, and renewals work

Upgrades start at once. We prorate the difference and unlock features immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. We email a renewal notice 30 days before the end date. Adjust seat count before renewal, then we issue the next invoice.

What is your refund and cancellation policy

Monthly fees are not refundable after the period starts. Annual terms follow the order form. You can cancel at term end. Before you leave, export customers, products, orders, invoices, receipts, and masters. We keep backups for a short, defined window for recovery, then delete data per policy. If you deduct TDS, share the certificate so accounts match.

Onboarding covers master imports, user setup, and a guided test cycle with 20 to 50 orders. We share an onboarding checklist with owners and due dates.
