Question 1

How are plans organized?

Accepted Answer

Plans increase by features and user count. Start with the basics for one team. Add Timeline, time tracking, workload, automations, and advanced controls as you grow. Each tier is designed for a stage of maturity.

Question 2

Is there a free option, and what does it include?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The free plan covers core planning and tracking for a small team. You can create projects, use boards, set due dates, and share basic reports. It’s a safe way to test your process before paying.

Question 3

What extra features do paid plans add?

Accepted Answer

Paid tiers usually add Timeline/Gantt, timesheets, workload and resource planning, automations, advanced reporting, roles and permissions, and stronger admin controls. Some plans include priority support.

Question 4

Which plan should a small team choose first?

Accepted Answer

Count how many active users you have and list the features you truly need for the next three months. If you plan work visually and depend on hand-offs, pick a tier with Timeline. If you bill clients, pick a tier with timesheets. Start small, then upgrade when you feel the limits.

Question 5

Is monthly or annual billing better?

Accepted Answer

Monthly is flexible while you test adoption. Annual usually gives a discount once you know the tool fits your workflow. Many teams start monthly for one quarter, then switch to annual to save.

Question 6

Can we mix user roles to manage cost?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Give full seats to core contributors who create and edit tasks. Give viewer or commenter roles to stakeholders who only need to watch progress. This keeps costs aligned with usage.

Question 7

Are there hidden charges?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is transparent. Check your plan’s limits for storage, automation runs, premium integrations, and support level. If your usage goes beyond those limits, you will see it before you confirm a change.

Question 8

Do you offer a trial of higher tiers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can try premium features like Timeline, automations, workload, or advanced dashboards for a limited time. Use the trial to confirm value with a real project.

Question 9

How do upgrades and downgrades work?

Accepted Answer

You can change plans at any time. Upgrades unlock features right away. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Your data stays in place.

Question 10

How do you bill for new users mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Add users whenever you need. Charges are prorated for the rest of the current cycle. Remove users to free up seats for others on your team.

Question 11

Can I export data on all plans?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can export task lists and time entries on every plan. Higher tiers may include more export formats and admin options for audits.

Question 12

What support comes with each plan?

Accepted Answer

All plans include a self-serve help center and email support. Higher tiers add live chat or phone support, onboarding help, and SLA response times. Pick the plan that matches how critical the tool is to your operations.

Question 13

What happens if we cancel Projects?

Accepted Answer

You keep access until the end of your current term. Before canceling, export your data. If you return later, you can reactivate the account and continue from where you left off.

Question 14

Do you provide GST-ready invoices and audit-friendly logs?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Invoices include full line items and taxes. Higher tiers include activity logs and permission controls that help with audit and compliance needs.

Question 15

Do you offer discounts for longer commitments or larger teams?

Accepted Answer

Volume or term discounts may be available for bigger teams and multi-year agreements. Contact sales to review usage and lock in the best rate for your stage.
