Gym Software Plans Priced by Gym Size

Flat. Starter is ₹5,999 a year whether you have 180 members or 800 — every paid plan carries unlimited active members. There is no per-member meter and no charge for member app logins, so a January signup rush does not change your bill. You move up a plan only when you need more staff logins, more branches, or a feature the plan above carries.

Tazk Gym is ₹1,000 a month for the whole gym. At 300 members that is around ₹3.30 per member per year — roughly one member's monthly fee covers the software for the year. Most gyms cover it from renewals that would otherwise have lapsed, once the D-7 reminders start going out on time.

Tazk Gym at ₹11,999. It is the first plan with the things a working gym floor needs together — biometric and face check-in, freeze/transfer/pro-rata, UPI auto-debit mandates, classes and personal training, the member app, assessments, the supplement counter, and native GST books. Starter is Free without the 75-member ceiling — the same members, plans, dues and reports, for a studio that has outgrown the free cap but does not need devices, classes or PT yet.

Chain is priced per branch — ₹1,499 per branch per month, billed yearly, with a minimum of 3 branches. So a 3-branch group is ₹17,988 a year for the group, and it scales with the number of branches rather than the number of members. It is the only plan with the HQ console: central plans, HQ approvals on discounts, home-club vs all-access memberships and consolidated reporting.

WhatsApp and SMS are delivered through a message wallet you top up, priced at operator rates — message costs are per-message by nature, and bundling them would mean charging every gym for the noisiest gym's usage. In-app and push notifications are free and unlimited.

Two ways in. The free plan is the real product with a size limit (75 active members) and it never expires — try members, renewals and QR check-in on it for as long as you like. Paid plans also carry a 14-day free trial if you want to test biometrics, mandates, classes or the books before you commit.

Nothing breaks and no member record is locked. The 75 is a soft cap — you will see a prompt to move to a paid plan, and every paid plan carries unlimited active members. We do not delete or freeze member data over a limit.

Prices shown are before GST; 18% GST applies at billing on the software subscription and you get a proper GST invoice with our GSTIN, which most gyms claim as input credit. That is separate from the 5% GST your gym charges its own members on fitness services — Tazk Gym handles that side inside the product.
