Overview
DC Aging shows every delivery challan (DC) sent to your dealers, how long it has been open, and how much of it has been invoiced, returned, or is still with the dealer. Open Sales Man > DC Aging. The page is titled DC Lifecycle.
Views
- Header view — one row per delivery challan
- Lot view — one row per lot or serial number on the challans
- Open DC's — only challans that still have stock open

The List
| Column | What it shows |

| DC # / Date | The challan, for example DC/25-26/7, and when it was raised. Click the number to open it |
| Dealer / Location | Who the goods went to, and from which location |
| Days / Bucket | How many days it has been open, and its age band, for example 180+ in red |
| Shipped | Units sent on the challan |
| Invoiced / Returned | Units since invoiced to the dealer, or returned |
| Open | Units still with the dealer |
| Sell-thr % | Sell-through — the share of shipped units that have been invoiced |
Use Search here to find a challan, the filter icon to narrow the list, and the download icon to export it. The list shows 50 rows per page.
Tip: Work through the 180+ challans first — goods that have sat with a dealer that long need to be invoiced or brought back.
