Introduction to Tazk CRM

What is Tazk CRM?

Tazk CRM is the lead management and sales app in Tazk, built for Indian sales teams. It keeps every enquiry as a lead, from web forms, WhatsApp, calls or walk-ins, with an owner and a stage. Your team adds tasks, calls and meetings against it, and sends quotations. Each lead moves through your pipeline until it is converted or lost. Marketing, a WhatsApp and email inbox, reports and the dashboard sit around it, and the Service Desk add-on looks after customers once they have bought.

What can I do in Tazk CRM?

  • Leads — every enquiry, its owner, its stage and its full history, from the first contact until it is converted or lost.
  • Deals — the opportunities you are working, on a pipeline board or as a list, with a sales forecast.
  • Accounts and contacts — the companies you sell to and the people in them.
  • Quotes — quotations from your product catalog and price lists.
  • My Work — your tasks, calls and meetings, whether they were added on a lead or here. See Tasks, Calls and Meetings.
  • Marketing — campaigns, broadcasts and audiences, and your company's WhatsApp Business number.
  • Inbox — WhatsApp and email conversations with leads and customers.
  • Integrations — bring leads in from your website forms and other lead sources.
  • Templates and Document Templates — the messages you send and the layout of your printed documents.
  • Reports and the Dashboard — how many leads came in, from where, how many were converted and why others were lost.
  • Calendar, Chat, Message and Announcement — working together inside your company.

Two add-ons can be added to the CRM: the Service Desk, for customer requests after the sale, and the AI Support Agent, a chat assistant for your website.

How does a lead move through Tazk CRM?

  1. A lead comes in — typed in by your team, imported, or captured from a connected source such as a website form.
  2. It gets an owner, who contacts the customer and logs each call, meeting and task against the lead.
  3. The lead moves through its stages — for example from Open-Not Contacted to Working-Contacted — as the conversation goes on.
  4. A quotation or proposal goes to the customer.
  5. The lead is closed: converted when the customer buys, or not converted with the reason it was lost.
  6. The dashboard and reports show how it all adds up — see Dashboard Overview.

Who uses Tazk CRM?

  • Sales teams and telecallers — work their leads, log calls and follow-ups, and send quotations.
  • Sales managers — assign leads, watch the pipeline, and see who is converting and why deals are lost.
  • Marketing teams — run campaigns and broadcasts and see which sources bring leads.
  • Business owners and administrators — set up stages, users, roles and integrations for the whole company.

What should I do first?

  1. Sign in at app.tazk.in — see Signing In to Tazk CRM.
  2. If you are the Administrator of a new company, complete the welcome setup that opens after your first sign-in.
  3. Find your way around — see Navigating the Sidebar Menu.
  4. Add your first lead, then add a task or log a call against it.
  5. Check the dashboard at the end of the day.
Note: What you see in Tazk CRM depends on your role and your plan. If a menu mentioned here is missing, ask your Administrator.
