How Company Info & Users Work

  1. Admin fills the General tab with company details, bank info, primary address, and logo — these appear in payslips, statutory screens, and exports.
  2. Admin sets up Departments, Locations, and Designations in LOV — these populate dropdowns when adding employees and configuring policies.
  3. Admin assigns Department Heads who manage approvals and reports for their department.
  4. Admin adds employees through Users → +, filling Personal Info, Application Info (role, location, attendance toggles), Payroll Info (department, category, salary template), and Payment Details.
  5. The employee then appears in the Users list and is linked to their department, category, and location — which determines their attendance policy, leave policy, salary structure, and approval workflow.
