What changed in Tazk CRM in September 2026?
Tasks, calls and meetings now behave the same whether you add them on the lead or in My Work: edits keep every saved value, deletes show everywhere at once, repeating tasks stay repeating and a call can create its follow-up task. Proposals on WhatsApp are sent from your own WhatsApp Business number through Meta, and moving a lead to Proposal Sent no longer sends a message by itself.
What changed for tasks, calls and meetings?
- Editing a call now opens it with everything that was saved, and saving keeps it all.
- Deleted tasks disappear from the lead and from My Work straight away.
- Editing a repeating task keeps it repeating.
- The full Log call form now has the Follow-up task tick-box, and the follow-up from a call is created reliably, owned by you.
- The quick forms on the lead offer the same choices as the full forms: meeting venue (Online, At our office, At client location) and call type (Outbound, Inbound, Missed).
- The lead's Meetings tab shows each meeting's length.
- The timeline says what happened to each activity — added, updated, completed or deleted.
