Viewing Monthly Shift Schedule

How do I see which shift each employee has on each day?

Open Shifts → View Shift. The Monthly Shift Schedule shows every rostered employee in a row and each day of the month in a column, with the shift code for that day — several codes when an employee has more than one shift, W/O for a weekly off, H for a holiday and a leave mark for approved leave. Change the month with the arrows, search for an employee, or switch to Day for an hour-by-hour view.

Month View

The Monthly Shift Schedule ("Every employee's shift, day by day") lists each employee with their code and location, then one column per day with the weekday.

  • Use ‹ and › to change month, or the calendar icon to pick one.
  • Search employee… finds an employee.
  • Only employees with a shift in that month are listed. Choose 10, 20, 50 or 100 rows per page.

Click Day for Hour-by-hour shift coverage on one day (today by default). Each row is an employee and the timeline runs in half-hour slots from 6:00 AM to the next morning. Cells show the shift code across the shift's hours, P for permission and L for leave. Switch between 12 H and 24 H, search by employee, and use Filters for a date, location or department.

Note: Employees see their own shift calendar here instead of everyone's schedule.
Tip: Use Month view to plan the roster and Day view to check who is on shift at a particular hour.
