WhatsApp Proposal Not Sent

Why was my WhatsApp proposal not sent from Tazk CRM?

Usually because the lead has not messaged you in the last 24 hours and your “Proposal ready (with PDF)” template is missing or not yet approved by Meta. Other reasons: the customer opted out, your WhatsApp Business number is not connected, the file is not a PDF or is over 3.5 MB, or the lead has no phone number. Tazk shows the exact reason each time.

What does “…WhatsApp needs an approved template” mean?

The lead has not messaged you in the last 24 hours, and your Proposal ready (with PDF) template is missing or not yet approved. Add it under Templates → Message Library → WhatsApp → Notifications and wait for Meta's approval — usually minutes. Until then you can email the proposal instead.

What does “This customer has opted out of WhatsApp messages from you” mean?

The customer asked not to receive your WhatsApp messages. Tazk respects that and does not send. Email the proposal instead.

What does “Connect your WhatsApp Business account…” mean?

Your company has not connected its own WhatsApp Business number. Connect it under Marketing → WhatsApp Business, then send again.

What does “The PDF is too large to send here” mean?

The limit is 3.5 MB. Compress the PDF (most PDF tools have a “reduce size” option) or email it.

What does “The attachment must be a PDF” mean?

Only PDF files can be sent as a proposal. Save or export your document as PDF and attach that.

What does “This lead has no phone number…” mean?

Add the contact's mobile number on the lead, then send again.

Tip: Every attempt — sent or not — is saved in the lead's WhatsApp conversation with its result, so you can always see what happened.
