What is Tazk Payroll?
Tazk Payroll is a comprehensive payroll and HR management module within the Tazk ERP suite. It covers attendance tracking, salary processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, TDS), HRMS features (recruitment, performance, training), and more — all in a single platform.
How do I log in to Tazk Payroll?
Visit payroll.tazk.in and enter your username and password. Your credentials are provided by your organization's administrator. First-time users should change their password after initial login.
Can I access Tazk Payroll on mobile?
Yes. Tazk Payroll has a mobile app available for both Android and iOS. Employees can mark attendance, apply for leave, submit claims, view payslips, and chat with team members from the app. Download from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
How do I reset my password?
Contact your administrator to reset your password from Settings > Users. Self-service password reset is available if configured by your admin. You can also reset via the "Forgot Password" link on the login page (requires email access).
What are the different user roles?
Tazk Payroll supports five default roles: Administrator (full access), Employee (self-service), Front Desk (reception), HR Manager (full HR access), and Manager (team management). Custom roles can be created in Settings > User Roles with granular permissions.
How do I search for anything quickly?
Press Ctrl+K from anywhere in the application to open the global search bar. Type the module or page name (e.g., "Salary", "Reports", "Contacts") and press Enter to navigate instantly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Tazk Payroll uses industry-standard encryption for data in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest. Role-based access ensures users only see data they are authorized to view. All actions are logged with audit trails for compliance.
