What do the tiles on the Tazk CRM dashboard count?
Every tile counts leads created in the current calendar month. Total Leads and Total Leads Value count all of them and add up their Approx Value. Closed Converted and Converted Leads Value count the ones in a won stage. Working Contacted and Open Not Contacted count the leads in those two stages, and Closed Not Converted counts the ones in a lost stage. Clicking a count tile opens the Leads list filtered to that stage.
What does each tile count?
| Tile | What it counts (leads created this month) | Click it to open |
|---|---|---|
| Total Leads | Every lead. | All leads |
| Total Leads Value | The Approx Value of every lead, added up. | — |
| Closed Converted | Leads in a won stage. | Won leads |
| Converted Leads Value | The Approx Value of the won leads, added up. | — |
| Working Contacted | Leads in the Working-Contacted stage. | Leads in that stage |
| Open Not Contacted | Leads in the Open-Not Contacted stage — nobody has reached them yet. | Leads in that stage |
| Closed Not Converted | Leads in a lost stage. | Lost leads |
“This month” means the calendar month the lead was created in. A lead created last month and converted today counts in last month's figures, not this month's.
How do I read the Lead Source chart?
The donut splits this month's leads by source, so its total is the same as the Total Leads tile. Leads with no source show as No source.
- The badge next to the title is the total number of leads.
- The line under the title names the biggest source — for example “Mostly Partner · 1 of 2 leads (50%)”.
- The seven biggest sources get their own slice; the rest are grouped as Others. When leads are spread across many sources, the card shows a ranked bar chart instead of a donut.
How do I read Value by Lead Source?
The bars add up the Approx Value of this month's leads for each source, longest first, with the axis labelled Approx. Value. The line under the title names the source that brings the most value — for example “Mostly Web Research · ₹ 15,400 of ₹ 15,400 (100%)”. Leads with no source, and sources whose leads have no value, are left out, so the total here can be lower than the Total Leads Value tile.
What does “Why we lose” show?
The reasons your team gave when closing leads as lost, with a bar and a count for each — the six most common first. The line under the title, such as “26 closed leads with a reason”, counts every lead with a reason, including reasons beyond the six shown.
- Unlike the tiles, it covers all time, not only this month.
- It counts only the leads you are allowed to see.
- The reason is picked in the Why was this closed? box that opens when a lead moves to a lost stage — from suggestions such as Price too high, Chose a competitor, No response from customer, Duplicate enquiry or Not a genuine enquiry, or typed in.
Until any lead has a reason, the card says “No closed leads with a reason yet”.
How do I use the other charts?
- Converted Leads — switch between Count and Value.
- Customer Growth — choose Last 6 Months or Last 1 Year.
- Daily Report — click the date button to pick another day.
Charts show amounts in short form — K for thousand, L for lakh, Cr for crore. The tiles show the full amount.
