Create and Customise Dashboards

Can I create my own dashboard in Tazk CRM?

Yes. Click the Dashboards button at the top right of the dashboard, then + New, and give it a one-word name of up to 10 characters. You can have up to five dashboards and switch between them from the same button. On each one you choose which cards appear with the eye icon on a card or the Cards menu, then click Save Changes. Cards keep their places — you can hide them but not move or resize them.

How do I switch between dashboards?

Point at or click the Dashboards button (the grid icon at the top right). Your dashboards are listed; click one to open it.

How do I create a new dashboard?

  1. Open the Dashboards button and click + New.
  2. In New dashboard, type the Dashboard name — one word, up to 10 characters, for example Pipeline. Spaces are removed as you type.
  3. Click Create. The new dashboard opens, ready for you to choose its cards.

You can have up to five dashboards. Once you have five, + New no longer appears — delete one to make room.

How do I show or hide cards?

  1. Open the Dashboards button and click the pencil (Edit this dashboard) next to the dashboard.
  2. Click the eye icon on a card to hide or show it, or open the Cards menu, which shows how many cards are on, and tick cards there. Show all and Hide all change every card at once.
  3. Click Save Changes, or Cancel to leave everything as it was.
Note: Cards keep their position in the grid. You can hide them, but not drag them to another place or change their size.

How do I rename or delete a dashboard?

In edit mode, use Rename or Delete next to the dashboard's name. Deleting asks you to confirm, and removes the dashboard and its saved layout for good.

  • The default dashboard cannot be renamed or deleted.
  • You must keep at least one dashboard.

How do I put the dashboard back to how it was?

An Administrator sees a Reset button in edit mode. It asks you to confirm, then puts the cards back to the standard layout.
