Why is the pricing per team, not per user?

Accepted Answer

Because per-user CRM math punishes you for growing. At Zoho or Freshsales, adding your sixth salesperson raises the bill every single month. Tazk prices by team size band: Starter is ₹11,990 a year whether you have 2 users or 5. You move plans when the team genuinely outgrows one — not every time you hire.

What does ₹11,990 a year actually work out to?

With 5 users, it is ₹200 per user per month. The common alternatives for the same feature set run ₹800–2,400 per user per month — and WhatsApp workflows, which we include from the Free plan, sit in their top tiers. A full year of Tazk Starter costs about what one user of a big-name CRM costs in five months.

What does the leads-per-month limit mean?

Accepted Answer

It counts new leads entering your account each month — from forms, IndiaMART, Meta, CSV or manual entry. Existing leads never count again, and nothing gets deleted if you have a big month; you'll see a prompt to move up a plan, and the upgrade is pro-rated. 2,500 new leads a month on Starter is roughly 80 fresh enquiries a day.

Are IndiaMART and Meta lead capture really included, or add-ons?

Included from Starter — native connections, not marketplace extensions. IndiaMART enquiries and Facebook/Instagram lead-form fills land in your CRM automatically with duplicate checking. On most other CRMs this is either a paid add-on or a third-party connector you maintain yourself.

Do WhatsApp and SMS messages cost extra?

The inbox and sending features are part of the plan. Actual message delivery runs on a wallet you top up at operator rates — because message costs are per-message by nature, and bundling them would mean quiet teams subsidising noisy ones. Replies you receive cost nothing.

Can we pay monthly instead of yearly?

Accepted Answer

Yes — monthly billing is available at a higher rate (Starter is ₹1,199 a month against ₹11,990 a year). Most teams take yearly; sales software is not something you un-adopt in a month anyway.

Question 7

We're on spreadsheets / another CRM. How painful is moving?

Accepted Answer

Less than staying. Your existing leads come in by CSV import with a preview step, duplicates get flagged rather than silently created, and the team's first week is usually just working the follow-up queue. Most small teams are fully off the spreadsheet within a fortnight.
