Where do I see company announcements in Tazk Payroll?
HR manages announcements in the Announcement Center ("Create, manage and track announcements across your organization"), with All, Active and Scheduled tabs and a search. Employees read the ones sent to them in Message → Announcements, and while an announcement is live its title also scrolls across the dashboard.
What is in the Announcement Center?
- All — every announcement.
- Active — announcements live now.
- Scheduled — announcements set to publish on a later date.
Use Search announcements to find one. Until the first is created it shows "No announcements found — Create one to get started." New Announcement (for users with create rights) opens the form — see Creating an Announcement.
How do employees read an announcement?
- Click Message in the sidebar and open the Announcements tab.
- Click an announcement to see its type, publish and expiry dates and the text.
Unread announcements are marked and counted on the tab.
Why is there a scrolling ticker on my dashboard?
When at least one announcement is live, the Dashboard Overview shows a ticker of their titles. Click one to open it. The ticker disappears when nothing is live.
