Your Main Navigation
The sidebar on the left of the screen is the main way you move around Tazk Assets. It stays visible on every page so you can jump between modules at any time.
Menu Items
The sidebar lists the following items, from top to bottom:

| Dashboard | The home screen with KPI cards and charts. |
| Contacts | Your employee and general contact records. |
| Chat | Internal messaging between team members. |
| Calendar | A calendar view of upcoming deadlines and events. |
| Codes | The Barcode & QR Code Generator — generate, print, and manage codes for assets and more. |
| Approvals | Pending approval requests waiting on you. |
| Assets | The main asset list where you add and manage assets. |
| Renewals | Expandable group for renewal types such as insurance, warranty, and subscriptions (see below). |
| Repair & Maintenance | Repair and maintenance work carried out on your assets. |
| Rental And Tenants | Rental properties and the tenants who occupy them. |
| Compliance Filings | Regulatory filings and compliance deadlines linked to your assets. |
| Claims | Employee claims and reimbursements against bills. |
| Audits | Expandable group for asset audits (see below). |
| Bills | Vendor bills, with GST, line items, and attachments. |
| Depreciation | Expandable group for tracking how your asset values depreciate over time. |
| Alerts | Automated reminders for renewals, service dues, and other deadlines. |
| Announcement | Broadcast messages to your team. |
| Reports | Reports generated from your asset data. |
| Configuration | Settings for approvals, custom fields, and notification channels. |
| Settings | Company info, users, roles, and preferences. |
| My Assets | The assets that are assigned to you. |
| Integrations | Connect Tally Prime or Zoho Books to send bills and depreciation into your books. |
Expandable Groups
Three menu items show an arrow (>) on their right: Renewals, Audits, and Depreciation. Click the arrow to expand the group and see its sub-menu; click it again to collapse it.

Sidebar Search
At the bottom of the sidebar there is a Search box with a Ctrl K shortcut shown on its right. Click the box or press Ctrl + K on your keyboard to open it and quickly jump to any page in the application.
Tip: The page you are on is marked with a blue bar on the left of its menu item, so you always know where you are in the app.
