Dashboard at a Glance
After signing in, the Dashboard is the first page you land on. It summarises your entire asset portfolio using KPI cards, status cards, and charts so you can spot what needs attention instantly.

Top KPI Cards
The first row of blue-headed cards shows your high-level asset numbers:
| Card | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Number of Assets | The total count of assets registered in the system. |
| Total Asset Value | The combined monetary value of all your assets, shown in ₹. |
| Asset Value in Fiscal Year | The value of assets added during the current fiscal year. |
| Assigned | The number of assets currently assigned to employees. |
Status Cards
The second row highlights six areas that usually need your attention:

|---|---|
| Unassigned | Assets that are not yet assigned to any employee. |
| Pending Audits | Audits that have been scheduled but not yet completed. |
| Unaudited | Assets that have never been audited. |
| Insurance Renewal | Assets whose insurance is due for renewal. |
| Expired Warranty | Assets whose warranty has already lapsed. |
| Service Due | Assets that have a service or maintenance scheduled. |
Asset Status Chart
The donut chart on the left splits your assets by their current working status. The legend below the chart lists each status with its count:
- Allocated
- Assigned
- Available
- Scrapped
- Under Maintenance
Asset Condition Chart
The middle pie chart breaks down your assets by physical condition:
- Damaged
- Excellent
- Expired
- Missing
- New
- Used
Categorised Assets
The panel on the right shows assets grouped by category. Use the This month dropdown in the top-right corner of the panel to change the time range. When there is nothing to display for the selected range, the panel shows "No Record Found".
