Overview
The Settings page is the central hub for system-wide configuration. Click Settings in the sidebar to open it.
The left panel lists six sections. Click one to open it; the section you are in is highlighted.

| Company Info | Your company's details, departments, locations, and lists of values. |
| User Roles | Roles and the permissions each one has. |
| Users | The user accounts that can sign in to Tazk Assets. |
| Themes | The look of the application. |
| Subscriptions | Your Tazk subscription plan and billing. |
| Explore Product | Other Tazk products you can add. |
Company Info
Settings opens on Company Info. It has five tabs along the top:

| General | Your company profile, bank details, and address (see below). |
| Departments | The departments in your organization. |
| Locations | Your offices, branches, and other locations. |
| Departments Head | The person who heads each department. |
| LOV | Lists of values — the options offered in dropdowns across the application. |
General Tab
The General tab is split into three parts.
Company Details
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| First Name / Last Name | The name of the account owner. |
| Company Name | Your registered company name. |
| Company Type | The kind of business, for example Asset Management. |
| GST Registration | Whether your company is GST registered (Enabled or Disabled). |
| Company GST | Your GST number, if you are registered. |
| Company Email | The main email address for your company. |
| Company Mobile / Company Phone | Your company's contact numbers. |
| Company Logo | The logo shown for your company. |
Bank Account Details
Bank Account Name, Bank Account No, Bank Name, Branch Address, and IFSC Code.
Primary Address
Company Full Address, Company Area, Company Latitude, Company Longitude, Company Pincode, City, State, and Country.
Editing Company Info
- Open Settings → Company Info
- Click the pencil icon at the top right of the tab bar
- Update the fields you need
- Save your changes
Other Sections
User Roles
Create and manage roles, and choose what each role is allowed to see and do in Tazk Assets.
Users
Add or remove user accounts that can sign in to Tazk Assets. Each user is given a role that decides their access level.
Themes
Customize the visual appearance of Tazk Assets.
Subscriptions
View your current Tazk subscription plan, billing details, and upgrade options.
Explore Product
Browse the other Tazk products and add them to your account.
