The Reports module provides pre-built reports for asset management insights and audit trails.
Available Reports
Assets
- Scrap Asset Report — Lists all assets marked as scrapped, with details like scrap date, reason, approver, and residual value. Essential for compliance and financial reporting.
Logs
- Deleted Log — Tracks all deleted records across the system — who deleted what and when. This serves as an audit trail for data integrity.
Note: Reports can be exported using the export button (visible to users with Export permission). Data can be downloaded in CSV or Excel format.
