Managing Employee Contacts

Overview

The Contacts module stores all the people records used across Tazk Assets. It has two tabs in the left panel:

  • Employee — your organization's workforce, used for asset assignment, audit allocation, and notifications. The badge next to the tab shows how many employees you have.
  • General — people outside your organization, such as vendors, insurance agents, and service providers.

Click Contacts in the sidebar to open the module. It opens on the Employee tab.

Viewing Employee Contacts

The Employee tab opens the Employee Directory, where you can manage and explore your organization's workforce.
