Overview
The Chat module provides instant messaging between team members within Tazk Assets. It's useful for quick discussions about asset assignments, audits, and approvals.
Features
- Online Status — See who's currently online
- Search — Find conversations by user name
- Messages Tab — View recent conversations
- Contacts Tab — Browse all available users
Starting a Chat
- Click Chat in the sidebar
- Click the Contacts tab to see all users
- Select a user to start chatting
- Type your message and press Enter or click Send
