Overview
The Audits module allows you to schedule and track physical asset audits. Audits help verify that assets are present, in their reported condition, and at their recorded location.

Creating a New Audit
- Navigate to Audits in the sidebar
- Click the + button
- Fill in the audit form

Form Fields
| Field | Required | Description |

| Asset Name | Yes | Select the asset to audit |
| Title | Yes | Audit title/description |
| Assigned To | Yes | Employee who will conduct the audit |
| Audit Date | Yes | Scheduled date for the audit |
| Select Checklist | Yes | Choose a pre-created audit checklist template |
| Priority | No | Low, Medium, High, or Critical |
| Repeat | No | Toggle to set recurring audits |
Audit Reminders
Send reminders to the assigned auditor via:
- SMS
Note: Before creating an audit, make sure you have at least one Audit Checklist template created. The checklist defines what questions the auditor needs to answer.
