Overview
The Approvals page shows all pending requests that require your action. Currently, the system supports Scrap Asset approvals — when someone requests to scrap an asset, it goes through an approval workflow.
Approval Workflow
- An employee or manager submits a scrap request for an asset
- The request appears on the Approvals page for the designated approver
- The approver reviews the request details in the right panel
- They can Approve or Reject the request
- If approved, the verifier does a final check
- Once verified, the asset status changes to "Scrapped"
Note: Approval workflows are configured in Configuration > Approvals. Each department can have different approvers and verifiers.
