Overview
The Chat module provides real-time internal messaging between employees and teams. It is a secure, built-in communication tool — no need for third-party messaging apps for work communication.
Chat Tabs

Starting a Chat
- Navigate to Chat from the sidebar
- Switch to the Contacts tab to see all available users
- Search for or scroll to find the user you want to message
- Click on their name to open the chat window
- Type your message in the input field and press Enter to send
Note: Chat messages are stored securely and can be accessed from any device (web or mobile app). Messages are visible only to the participants of the conversation — not accessible by administrators.
Tip: Use Chat for quick one-on-one communication. For broadcast messages to groups or departments, use the Announcements module instead.
