Overview
The Manual Attendance page allows administrators to mark attendance for employees who do not have device access or to correct attendance records. It displays employee cards with real-time status and supports bulk actions.

Employee Cards
Each card represents an employee and shows their current attendance status.

| Name & Code | Employee full name and unique code |
| Check-In Time | Last check-in time or "Not Checked In" |
| Check-Out Time | Check-out time or "Still In" |
| Department | Employee department |
| Designation | Employee role/designation |
| Status Indicator | Green = Checked In, Grey = Not Checked In |
Action Buttons
Use the top action buttons to perform attendance operations for selected employees.

How to Mark Manual Attendance
- Open Manual Attendance from the sidebar
- Select one or more employees (or use Select All)
- Click the required action button
- The attendance updates instantly on the card
Manual Correction
Click the + icon to open the Manual Correction modal.

Leave

Permission
Used to grant short-duration permissions. Enter employee, date, time range, and reason.
Attendance Correction
Used to correct wrong or missing attendance. Enter employee, date, and corrected In Time and Out Time.
Notes
- Manual Attendance is available only for employees with the feature enabled
- If an employee is not visible, check their attendance settings
- All manual entries are recorded as "Manual" in reports
Tip: Use Manual Attendance only when automated methods (Face/QR) are not available.
Important: Frequent manual entries may indicate the need for automated attendance systems.
